Our research projects focus on characterizing :
1/ the role of the adenosinergic system in the cardiovascular response to inflammation, extreme conditions (hyperbaria, dysoxia and ischemia) and anti-cancer therapies;
2/ the mechanisms of heart failure in the context of immuno-induced myocarditis, septic heart disease and genetic cardiomyopathies.

Our objectives:

• To propose new biomarkers, belonging to the adenosinergic system, for screening and monitoring of the cardiovascular diseases.
• To understand cardiovascular adaptation to extreme conditions.
• To identify innovative early biomarkers of cardiotoxicities induced by anti-cancer therapies.
• To characterize the pathophysiological mechanisms of heart disease.
